Due to the fact that the wine-selection reflects on a certain scale our personal taste, please ask us, if you miss a wine, most wines can be procured rapidly.

Delivery charges
Parcels with 18 bottles (0,75 l) provide the lowest delivery charges per bottle. All prices in EURO including VAT.

Order procedure

1) You order the wine via our internet-shop, e-mail, telephone or fax
2) You receive a confirmation via e-mail or fax
3) You transfer the money into our bank account
4) If desired, we can send you an e-mail with the shipping date and the tracking-number
5) We deliver the wine via DPD or expeditor. 

Insurance
Each Parcel is insured up to 520 Euro without any additional fee. The insurance covers loss and breackage of glass.

In order to minimize the risk of temperature damage (rare, but possible in midsummer and at minus degrees in winter), we send parcels abroad at the beginning of the week, so they always arrive during the week and don't rest with the parcel service over the weekend.
