The varietal white 2023 Ca Ses Rosetes Giró Ros is from the recovered variety and produced with vines planted four and eight years ago on limestone and clay call vermell soils. The full clusters were pressed and the juice put to ferment in used 500-liter French oak barrels, where it matured for six months. It has a golden color and a creamy and spicy nose, with good ripeness, a round and tender palate with moderate acidity and 13% alcohol, finishing with a dry, chalky sensation. It's a serious white for the table. 5,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2024.
