The Rosé sparkling Cava 2014 Rosat Reserva has some perfumed notes of talcum powder and bread dough. It's quite tasty and lively, with good acidity and a long finish. It's produced with a 50/50 blend of Macabeo and Monastrell fermented in bottle for some 20 months with some four grams of residual sugar. It's clean and pleasant, with a good, solid palate. 35,000 bottles produced.
