The 2014 Brut Reserva showed finesse and elegance, and the yeast aromas are nicely intermixed with some citric and apple notes. It feels young and fresh, with high acidity and lively bubbles. It's a blend of Macabeo with 30% Xarello and 20% Parellada, with four grams of sugar, which matured in bottle for at least 20 months. The disgorgement date is shown on the back labels. 100,000 bottles produced.
